"At the same time a new cultural climate is developing and taking hold, which gives crimes against life a new and – if possible – even more sinister character, giving rise to further grave concern: broad sectors of public opinion justify certain crimes against life in the name of the rights of individual freedom, and on this basis they claim not only exemption from punishment but even authorization by the State, so that these things can be done with total freedom and indeed with the free assistance of health-care systems."

HER/HIS HEART CONTINUES TO BEAT

God blessed Olympia 40 Days for Life with a confirmed save on Friday, September 25, 2009 at 10 a.m. at Olympia's Planned Parenthood.

A couple arrived at Planned Parenthood Abortion Mill at about 9:30 a.m. for a 10 a.m. appointment for an abortion of an 8 week baby in the womb. Beth Davis, a long time pro-life voice for the unborn, (over 30 years) was able to get the husband to talk. Olympia 40 Days for Life found out that they needed childcare assistance after the baby was born, as both were employed.

Beth assured them that Olympia 40 Days for Life could get them help. The mother and father, after seeing a graphic aborted baby poster and model of a baby at 11 weeks in the womb, did not want to have the abortion.

The father wanted to go into PP and cancel the appointment. We suggested that he did not need to do that, but he felt that he had to go in and cancel the appointment.  Olympia 40 Days for Life suggested that the mother stay with us.

The father went inside, but PP said that he could not cancel the appointment. They said that the woman had to come in to do that.

Olympia 40 Days for Life then presented them with a list of agencies that could help them, and suggested that they go to the Care Net office and have an Ultrasound taken of the baby. Instead of going back into PP, they agreed to go to Care Net and were very happy that Beth helped stop them from having the abortion.

Later that same day, at 3 p.m., a young girl from Care Net came down to PP and was very grateful and happy that Olympia 40 Days for Life were there to offer support, as the couple did have an Ultrasound and the baby was fine and active. The couple said that they would not have an abortion and would have child care services help them after the baby is born.

May God bless those praying at Abortion Mills this  40 Days For Life!
